What is your shipping policy?

Ollie will ship standard orders within 1-3 business days. Custom made wallpapers ship within a minimum of 2 weeks. We will notify our customers within 24 - 48 hrs if for some reason your purchase order was unable to be processed.

Please note: Ollie is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.  All lost or undelivered package inquiries must be submitted to USPS or UPS for resolution.  For secure delivery, please choose Signature Required shipments.

If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product please contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Ollie accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What is your privacy policy?

Ollie does not share, rent, or sell e-mail addresses or any other personal information with any third parties. Ollie is hosted by Squarespace and our orders are processed using Square hosting. The entire information transmitted during the order process is secure at all times. Please visit the Squarespace for more information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Please notify us within 24 hrs in the event that your merchandise has been damaged during shipment. In such a case, we will exchange the item if desired or credit your account. Ollie will exchange items that are shipped back to us in their original packaging in resalable condition. In the event that an item is not damaged and a return is requested, freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For returns, please contact us

Please note: There is a restocking fee of up to 20% for returned items.
